According to a study conducted in the United Kingdom, some jobs are more likely to encourage infidelity than others. So, where do you stand and where is your partner? And are you going to have to discuss it tonight?
Are there any professions where people cheat more than others? Yes, according to a study conducted in the United Kingdom by the company Rant Casino. The company surveyed 3,800 people about past affairs with a work colleague, learning that one in five respondents had indeed “cheated”. But in which sector are the most unfaithful?
Are salespeople the hottest?
So, in this juicy ranking of jobs where infidelity is most common, salespeople come out on top, followed by teachers and health professionals. Next come:
- Transport and logistics professions (4th);
- The hotel and events sectors (5th);
- Engineers and industrialists (6th);
- Real estate and construction (7th);
- Accounting, banking and finance (8th);
- The IT sectors (9th);
- The Armed Forces (10th).
And the least unfaithful are…
The survey also tells us that other professions are much calmer and hardly move an ear. Thus, among the least unfaithful professions:
- The fields of science and pharmaceuticals come first;
- The world of business, consulting and management comes in second place;
- Police and security third;
- Next comes creative arts and design (4th);
- Media/Internet professions (5th);
- The legal field (6th);
- Environment and agriculture (7th);
- Marketing, advertising and public relations (8th);
- Administration (9th);
- Wholesalers (10th).
Let’s remember that this is just a survey, and that a person’s profession doesn’t make up everything. But it can give you food for thought, especially if you have to change fields or jobs.
