Justin and Hailey Bieber have found the trick to spend

On August 23, iconic couple Justin and Hailey Bieber announced the birth of their son, Jack Blues. Since then, the couple have reportedly found the best way to help them and their baby sleep.

The Biebers have become parents! While the news of the pregnancy had shaken the web last May, since the birth of little Jack Blues, Justin and Hailey Bieber have aroused the curiosity of their fans even more. And if the couple reveals very little information about their new daily life as parents, the latest Instagram post from the Canadian singer will have nevertheless left a glimpse of these last nights spent. A sleep, a priori, peaceful because of a very specific detail.

It was on a photo carousel, posted on September 4, 2024, that Justin Bieber revealed the trick to spending peaceful nights with his newborn. Indeed, on the seventh photo, we can see the singer sleeping, with a lamp at his bedside reflecting a red light. So, how is this a brilliant idea?

According to Anna Miller, wellness expert and co-founder of The Ardour Clinic: “Red light therapy stimulates the production of melatonin, the hormone that regulates our circadian rhythm and supports a healthy sleep-wake cycle.” She continues: “I always recommend it to my patients who are new parents. When the concept of time is swept away, anything that helps you fall asleep faster is an immediate blessing, especially when sleep is typically interrupted and limited to a few hours during your baby’s first year of life.”

But that’s not all. In addition to making it easier to fall asleep, this red light is an excellent night light when you sleep in the same room as your baby. It allows you to avoid having to turn on and off the white light in the room and thus take the risk of waking the whole family. So, friends young parents, think about it!
