Enotria: The Last Song on Steam and PS5 transports its dark setting to sunny Italy and has been very well received so far. But some fans are disappointed with the weapon arsenal because an iconic weapon class is missing.
What kind of game is this? Enotria: The Last Song is an action RPG with a colorful, yet dark Soulslike setting. The game is the work of the Italian-based developer studio Jyamma Games.
The world of Enotria is trapped in an eternal game that only you can break through. As a “Maskless” you are not bound to a fate and can take up the fight against the powerful authors of the game.
The game will be released on September 19, 2024 for PC on Steam and the Epic Games Store, as well as for the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. In a new trailer, the developers have already presented the game’s different weapon classes.

With seven different weapons through Enotria
Which weapons are available? Enotria: The Last Song offers seven weapon classes, each supporting its own play style:
With the saber you can deal quick blows, but it is also less likely to knock your opponents off their feet. The exact opposite of this is the colossal hammer – in the trailer this was a pillar base attached to a long handle.
Players are missing a certain weapon type
However, there is one weapon class that some players are missing – the sword or rapier. This is doubly important: the sword would have been an excellent stabbing weapon in an arsenal that seems to be very focused on blows, and would have provided more variety. In addition, the sword is unmistakably associated with the time in Italy, which was the inspiration for the developers.
Accordingly, some players expressed their dismay at the missing sword under the video on YouTube:
