Pokémon GO is currently all about the new Dynamax function. A new event will bring you the next monster.

What kind of event is this? The Psychic Spectacle was announced in Pokémon GO. This event has already taken place in recent years and is now returning from Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. to Sunday, September 22, 2024 at 8:00 p.m.

In addition to some bonuses, many familiar Pokémon and one new Pokémon, you can expect the debut of a strong Pokémon for Dynamax battles.

Which new Dynamax Pokémon is included in the event? The event will bring Tanhel, the Generation 3 Steel- and Psychic-type Pokémon, into play as a Dynamax monster in Stage 3 battles.

Since Tanhel’s final evolution, Metagross, is one of the strongest attackers in Pokémon GO, this should also add a strong attacker to the Dynamax battles.

Which Pokémon are in the event? Brimova, the Psychic-type Pokémon from Generation 8, will make its debut in the event. It can evolve into Brimano and then into Silembrim.

    What bonuses are there in the event? The event bonuses are quite strong and can help you replenish your supplies of stardust and candies.

  • Double the amount of stardust when catching Pokémon
  • Extra candy when catching with good, great or fabulous throws
  • Increased chance of getting XL candies when catching with good, great or fabulous throws (from trainer level 31)

    • Further content of the event: This event will also feature collector challenges where you have to collect Pokémon. As a reward, you will receive stardust, experience points and encounters with Brimova.

    There will also be PokéStop showcases again, where you can participate with Pokémon from the event.

    For $2 (approximately €2) you can also purchase a paid limited-time research. If you successfully complete it, you will receive an incubator, a super incubator, a star piece, 15,000 experience points and encounters with Bubungus and Brimova.
