(Finance) – In relation to the share purchase program started on May 9, 2024, Nexi has announced that he has purchasedbetween 2 and 6 September 2024, overall 5,652,490 ordinary treasury shares at an average price of 6.3167 euros.
As of September 6, the group operating in the digital payments sector has purchased 72,199,537 of its own shares since the launch of the program, equal to approximately 5.61% of the share capital, at a weighted average price of 5.9288 euros per share, for a value of 428,058,782.96.
