Despite additional measures, a group of thirty people continues to cause problems in the centre of Utrecht. They sneak into the porches of flats to sleep and use there and relieve themselves on the street. The problems seem to be moving from Lucasbolwerk to Park Lepelenburg and currently the Van Sijpesteijnkade. Utrecht residents who live and work there feel unsafe, Mayor Sharon Dijksma also knows. “This is the effect of drug use in a big city in particular.”
