The Ramstein Group, which consists of countries that coordinate military aid to Ukraine, will meet again on Friday. The group of countries, informally led by US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, is meeting at the US military air base Ramstein in Germany.

The United States is also represented by the country’s top military officer, Charles Brown, which shows the importance the United States places on cooperation.

Sweden is represented by Defense Minister Pål Jonson (M).

The top priority for the meeting is to coordinate Ukraine’s air defenses, according to US Defense Headquarters Pentagon spokesman Pat Ryder. The agenda is colored by the intensive and extensive robot attacks carried out by the Russian military over large parts of Ukraine, and mainly against civilian targets.

In addition, the Ramstein group will address the issue of how support to Ukraine’s defense industry should be strengthened.
