F1 star Oscar Piastri joked about the kohuskis compared

McLaren’s Oscar Piastri made stinging comments about Lance Stroll after the Monza GP.

In the Italian Monza F1 race on Sunday, McLaren’s Oscar Piastri was long caught in the win, until Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc beat the Australian in the first race with his one pit stop tactic.

Piastri caught Leclerc wildly after his second pit stop. The plug was Leclerc’s teammate Carlos Sainzafter which a little time was wasted. When Piastri got over the obstacle, the challenge was those to be passed on the lap.

After the race, Piastri would verbally abuse Aston Martin Lance Stroll. The McLaren driver felt that he lost important seconds in all this in terms of victory.

Before Sainz, Piastri caught Leclerc by almost two seconds per lap. At the finish, the difference between Leclerc and the second-placed Piastr was more than two seconds.

– There were a few drivers who didn’t really help. Stroll drove like he was in the first in his karting competitionPiastri said at the interview station while laughing at his comment.

The 25-year-old Stroll has long had a reputation as a questionable driver. Stroll, who is already driving in his eighth season in the series, has not particularly convinced about his driving skills. The Canadian has not escaped the stigma that he drives his billionaire father of Lawrence in a partially owned stable.

Also at the press conference, Piastri continued his barbs in Stroll’s direction.

– I don’t know what he thought when he saw the blue flags, Piastri referred to the flags that tell those who are passed on the lap to give way.

Comparisons to Räikkösen

On social media, some formula fans thought Piastri’s Stroll comment was unnecessary. On the other hand, for example, several commenters on Youtube liked Piastr’s straightforward style of swagging.

Piastre has even been compared Kimi Räikkönen.

– I have Kimi feelings about this and I’m here for that. I love this boy.

– Kim must be proud.

Piastri, who is driving in Formula One for the second season, has been compared to the 2007 world champion in terms of style. Piastri has a twinkle in the corner of his eye in interviews, like Räikkönen in his speech.

When Piastri was compared to Räikkö on the X service in July, Piastri redistributed the publication by writing “Bwoah”. In the F1 pits, one of Räikkönen’s trademarks was the bwoah sign at the beginning of his sentence.

Piastri overtook his teammate on the opening lap of the race by Lando Norris in the same place where Räikkönen 2018 Lewis Hamilton.
