In the US state of Texas, a 39-year-old woman named Cindy Rodriguez Singh allegedly sold her disabled son Noel Avarez to a woman she met at a supermarket chain in Mexico. The 6-year-old disabled and chronic lung disease, who was last seen in October 2022, is thought to have died. The mother Singh, who sold her child, is wanted on suspicion of first-degree murder.
According to the news on TGRT News, in a statement made by FBI Dallas, it was stated that “During the health check of the children, Rodriguez Singh told Everman Police Department officers that he was living in Mexico with the child’s biological father and had been there since November 2022. This was later understood to be a lie.”

FBI Special Agent Chad Yarbrough called on the media and the public to help find the runaway mother at a press conference. It was announced that a $25,000 reward would be offered to anyone who could find the woman and provide information about her.
HE IS ON TRIAL FOR MURDER
The mother, her husband and six children are thought to have fled to India after being charged with murder.
Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, 37, was charged Monday afternoon by a Tarrant County grand jury with one count of felony murder, two counts of injury to a child and one count of abandoning a child without intent to return.
