During a few euphoric summer days it was written Truls Möregårdh into the history books forever. The 22-year-old was a great success in table tennis during the Summer Olympics in Paris and reached the final in both singles and team play.
Möregårdh’s success
Both times it resulted in Olympic silver for Möregårdh, who was hailed as a genuine Swedish sporting hero. Now, everyday life awaits the successful man again, and the Olympic effort has resulted in a completely new celebrity.

But there is also a big change waiting in Trul’s new life after double Olympic silver. He has made a decisive love decision with his girlfriend Leah Muskantor19 years old.
Trul’s love decision
The couple has chosen to separate and Möregårdh has left Eslöv to move to Malmö instead. The 22-year-old felt it was time for something new in a new city, to take his career to the next level.
– I’m enjoying myself so far. I just got a small couch and stuff in. So it feels very good, says the newly moved Truls to Expressen.
– Haha, it’s a bit “man cave” about it. But then I have a girl that I’m going to poke flowers and stuff like that.

Girlfriend Leah will stay in Eslöv and they will try to get a long-distance relationship together. It is a joint decision not to move forward too quickly in their relationship.
– We haven’t been together that long and you’ve seen a lot of couples our age who move in together quickly and it goes fast and all of a sudden it ends. So we have chosen to go a slower route. We feel safe with that. It is close between Malmö and Eslöv and we meet every day, says Truls to the evening newspaper.
