Senegal: Constitutional revision rejected by the Law Commission

In Senegal, a bill revising the Constitution was rejected this Saturday, August 31, by the Law Commission. This revision requested by the Senegalese Head of State Bassirou Diomaye Faye aimed to abolish the High Council of Territorial Communities (HCCT) and the Economic, Social and Environmental Council.
