The Kremlin said on Friday, August 30, that it had no “concerns” about the risk of Vladimir Putin being arrested in Mongolia in early September. The country is the first member state of the International Criminal Court (ICC) that the Russian president will visit since the court issued an arrest warrant against him. The court is targeting him in particular for suspicion of illegal deportation of Ukrainian children.
