Tomas Jarvinen won the World Youth Championship gold in 10

Tomas Järvinen, a dual citizen of the Czech Republic and Finland, won the youth World Championship gold in a 10-game match in an overwhelming manner.

Tomas Järvinen won the under-20 world championship in the decathlon. Järvinen took the World Championship gold with a new competition record of 8425 in the competitions organized in Lima, Peru.

Järvinen was only ten points short of the age group’s world record. Germany’s Niklas Kaulin the ME result for the age group is 8435.

Järvinen is a dual citizen of the Czech Republic and Finland and represents the Czech Republic in international competitions. He has a Finnish father and a Czech mother.

Järvinen won five events in the decathlon at the World Championships in Lima. Järvinen’s series of results was high-quality. 100 meters 10.82, length 766, shot put 13.54, height 212, 400 meters 48.88, 110 meters hurdles 13.78, discus 49.18, javelin 460, javelin 55.79 and 1500 meters 4.29.78. Järvinen won five events in the match.

Järvinen took the World Championship gold overwhelmingly. Polish Hubert Trościanka was second with 8230 points.
