(Telestock) – Mediolanum Bank has announced that he has purchasedon 26 and 30 August 2024, as part of the overall share buyback programme 299,000 treasury sharesat the weighted average price of 10.8880 euros, for a counter value equal to 3.255.519,20 euro.
Following the purchases just announced, considering the treasury shares already in the portfolio, the total number of treasury shares held by the Bank as of August 30 is equal to 6,999,739, representing 0.93927% of the share capital.
