The governor of the region, Oleg Synegubov, writes on social media that at least 28 people were injured in the attacks and that the rescue work is ongoing.
“The attack was a Russian guided aerial bomb, an attack that would not have occurred if our defense had had the ability to destroy Russian military aircraft,” writes Ukrainian President Zelensky on Telegram.
