The Paralympic Games have taken over from their predecessor. This Thursday, August 29, marked the kickoff of the first edition of the summer Paralympics in history in France. After an Olympic Games that was repeatedly described as historic, to name just this superlative, now they have taken over the capital in turn, in a less feverish, more family-oriented, almost soothing atmosphere.
