Utrecht – The municipality of Utrecht receives 1.1 million euros in subsidies for two upcycle centres in the city. At this location, Utrecht residents can hand in their belongings for reuse. The first center will open at the end of this year next to the waste separation station at the Hof van Cartesius, the municipality reports.
