Paris launched its first Paralympic Games this Wednesday evening with a ceremony in the heart of the capital, on the Place de la Concorde. 4,400 athletes, 168 delegations, 22 disciplines. 44 African nations will participate in these 11th Games.
Hugo Moissonnier is accompanied by Olivier Rogez, Baptiste Leduc and Saliou Diouf.
