Kateryna Denisenko, a multiple swimming champion, has shone on the European and world stages, and holds several medals at the Paralympic Games: silver in London and Tokyo, and gold in Rio for the 100m butterfly. Although she is not participating this time due to her motherhood, the athlete will be present in Paris, but in the stands, to support the Ukrainian team and her husband, Yaroslav Denisenko, also a swimmer. For her, these Games represent much more than sport.
