(Telestock) – It took place at Palazzo Vidoniheadquarters of the civil service department, a technical coordination meeting between the administrations involved to make the new system of controls on companies introduced by Legislative Decree 12 July 2024 n.103. An intervention aimed at radically changing the paradigm, ensuring a relationship of mutual trust and collaboration between controlling bodies and companies, to free the latter from excessive or disproportionate obligations, redundancies and duplications. In the course of the meeting was shared and discussed a first version of the standardized scheme for the census of controls on economic activities. The scheme was developed by the offices of Minister Paolo Zangrillo. The administrations, who intervened in a climate of mutual collaboration, expressed unanimous consent to the adoption of a standardized model that facilitates the recognition of checks required by current legislation, also taking into account the different areas of competence of the administrations and the different levels of government in the sector of controls.
Following the development of the standardized scheme, the administrations will proceed to map all the controls under their jurisdiction. This will guarantee full, direct and timely knowledge of the obligations and fulfillments that fall on economic activities, allowing for the identification of any overlaps.
