Head coach of the Finnish men’s national football team Markku Kanerva has named a group for the September matches of the Nations League. Huuhkajat will face Greece on September 7 and England on September 10 in away matches.

The team has two first-timers in the national team, who have just moved to Aberdeen Top Middle and Djurgården Adam Ståhl.

The 29-year-old fullback Ståhl has both Finnish and Swedish citizenship. His mother is Finnish. Ståhl has said that he specifically wants to represent the Finnish national team.

Topi Keskinen recently moved from HJK to Aberdeen and immediately scored the winning goal in the league cup match.
