Early Tuesday morning, Clara Kassman saw something unusual.
Out in the family’s garden, two fox cubs were in full swing jumping on the trampoline.
– I thought they were after the rabbits, but they were there to fool around.
Clara Kassman in Domsjö outside Örnsköldsvik was the only one in the family who was up at 05.30 this Tuesday morning. Freshly awake, she got ready for work – when she heard bangs from the garden.
– Probably the rabbits made noises and stamped their feet properly, when the adult fox was there they did it, so I probably heard the rabbits, that it squealed, and then I went to the window.
She then caught sight of two fox cubs, jumping on the family’s trampoline.
– I thought “what a fun thing”, and then I was worried about the rabbits, then I was so awake that I didn’t reflect much, so I filmed to show the children, they thought it was so very cute.

Worries about the family pet proved unnecessary.
– I thought they were after the rabbits, but they were there to fool around.
The family has been visited by an adult fox before and several neighbors have seen two cubs in the area, says Clara Kassman.
– There are a few different animals here, but the fact that they would think it was so much fun to jump on a trampoline, that was exciting.
The suspicion: May have happened before
She also suspects that the kids may have been with them before, watching when no one was looking.
– A neighbor said that it looked a little too used for the first time, so I don’t know if they might usually borrow the trampoline.
