This emergency shelter location is an additional shelter location, next to Newtonbaan 3-4. According to the municipality, both locations are needed to accommodate the requested number of asylum seekers from the distribution law. The Celsiusbaan can accommodate a maximum of 200 asylum seekers and the Newtonbaan has room for 85 to 112 asylum seekers, spread over two office buildings.
