Ninja and his friends became famous with Fortnite on Twitch – but now nobody plays with him anymore

Tyler “Ninja” Blevins was once huge on Twitch with Fortnite. But now the big hype about the game is over, his friends no longer want to play with him and the streamer is ready for something new.

What problem does Ninja have? In a recent stream, former Twitch superstar Ninja explained that he would like to play offstream with his friends. Apart from his “Final Fantasy” friends, with whom he has a private server, no one seems to play with him.

Ninja just wants to play Valorant with the “boys”

What kind of friends are these? Ninja is talking about Dennis and Tim, presumably referring to the streamers Dennis “Cloakzy” Lepore and Timothy “TimTheTatman” Betar. Both were part of the big Fortnite hype in 2018 and owe the sometimes rapid growth of their channels not least to the joint streams with Ninja.

In countless videos, Ninja, Cloakzy and TimTheTatman play with other big names of the time, such as DrLupo or Tfue. In private, however, things are apparently different: As Ninja revealed, he doesn’t play with his friends outside of the camera. He just wants to play Valorant with his friends.

Ninja confirms that this is not the cliché of aging gamers who suddenly have to deal with adult responsibilities and families. On the contrary: his friends all have a lot of free time and still play games – just not with him.

The problem: nobody would play the same game. For example, TimTheTatman would play WoW in his private life, but Ninja wouldn’t. Cloakzy would play Valorant and League, but “let him down more often than any other person,” says the streamer.

For Ninja, it is also clear what the old “gang” needs to get back together: the “next big game.” The streamer explains that Fortnite will never die, but he is ready for something new. According to his Twitch colleague shroud, the “next big thing” could already be in the starting blocks: Valve’s new Steam shooter is receiving praise – will conquer the market, according to the big streamer
