The work after the landslide at E6 in Stenungsund has generally worked well, but not during the snowstorm on E22 in January and after the spill from the passenger ferry Marco Polo, which ran aground off the coast of Blekinge last autumn. According to MSB, the authorities must practice and learn more about their and others’ roles and responsibilities. The authority also proposes a new principle of action in Swedish crisis management, with clearer requirements to act early.
