(Finance) – Casta Diva Grouplisted on Euronext Growth Milan and active internationally in the digital and live content sector, announced one postponement of the closing of the acquisition of Genius Progetti, Sassuolo events agency. The parties, in order to adequately finalize the documentation provided for in the contract, have by mutual agreement postponed the closing by April 29, 2022with respect to the term originally envisaged in the agreement signed in February (i.e. by the fifth working day following 31 March 2022).
