(Finance) – The forty-fifth edition of the Rimini Meeting where the Company of Works was present with 30 meetings, over 120 speakers, 18 profit / non-profit works and 2 thematic exhibitions. Yesterday the conference entitled “A Work That Lives to Human Desire”, organized by Cdo for the anticipation of the “Manifesto of Good Work”. An occasion in which, introduced and moderated by the coordinator of the Working Table of the Italian entrepreneurial association Roberto Corno, the representatives of what is nicknamed the “new era” met, among which Sonia MalaspinaDirector of Institutional Relations, Communication and Sustainability at Danone, Paul Ferrario, CEO E-work Spa, and Alberto Sportoletti, President of Rete Manager.
At the centre of this comparison were placed issues concerning a new concept of the working environmentwhich Cdo wishes to nurture and support in order to live up to the integral human desire in an era where the latest research reveals that 59% of workers have entered a phase of passivity and 44% are increasingly less satisfied with their position (Gallup 2024).

“We are increasingly questioning the difficult relationship between work life and personal life and, according to numerous studies, only 5% of workers are satisfied with their work. It is something we absolutely must work on and as Compagnia delle Opere we have decided to organize numerous discussions during the year and we want to start with quality work”, stated the Chairman of Cdo Andrea Dellabianca at the end of the meeting.
