Researchers have investigated the issue

People have long tried to figure out what height is the maximum height to jump from, without injuring themselves. Physicists at Cornell University in New York have researched substances and calculated what the maximum height is, which also Illustrated Science rewritten.

If you jumped with your arms along the sides and your head hit the surface of the water first, you could get too much physical strain even from a height of eight meters.

If you jumped and dived in a traditional way with your arms first, according to the survey, you could dive from a height of 12 meters without significantly injuring yourself.

If the feet hit the surface of the water first, you could jump from a height of up to 15 meters before injuring yourself.
