The Minister of Justice opens the cupboards against the clerks, accountants and secretaries of the public prosecutors’ offices, courts and tribunals of Kinshasa, perpetrators of the embezzlement of judicial revenues when these were not yet banked. A prosecutor general of Kinshasa was instructed this Saturday to initiate legal proceedings.
