In southern France, a police officer has been injured in an explosion in front of a synagogue. The matter was reported by AFP and France Info.
Two cars had been set on fire near the synagogue in La Grand-Motte. The gas tank in one of the cars exploded.
French interior minister According to Gérald Darmanin it’s about a crime.
The Minister of the Interior said that the government has ordered the authorities to step up security measures at synagogues and other sites related to the Jewish community.
