Women’s national floorball team selected for Sweden matches | Sports in a nutshell

Yamou Njai, who represents Malmö in the Swedish premier league, will make his national team debut at the age of 30.

On September 6 and 7, the Finnish women’s national floorball team will meet Sweden twice in Luleå.

Swedish head coach of the Finnish team Andreas Harnesk has chosen six first timers and Kaup’s sisters to join his coaching team Veeran and I am.

There are first timers Nora Isomäki (FBC Loisto), Yamou Njai (Malmö FBC), Laura Pakarinen (FBC Loisto), Olivia Pietilä (TPS), Natalia Longcloth (Classic) and goalkeeper Miia Maaranen (SaiPa).

Njai, who represents Malmö, will make his national team debut at the age of 30. Harnesk describes the debutant as a nasty opponent.

– Njai is a key unifying figure in the team, a creator of spirit and culture. A strong personality who brings a winning mentality and is mean on the field in the right way, what more is needed. He is at his best in a physical game and hard to face in the rink.
