The Nazi Nordic Resistance Movement (NMR) wanted to obtain personal data on the staff at a school in Dalarna.
Now the Court of Appeal rejects the request for security reasons.
It was last spring that a person active in NMR had to leave his internship at a school in Dalarna. Several teachers are said to have drawn attention to the person’s many years of involvement within the Nordic Resistance Movement, reports Expo.
After that, NMR has requested access to all employment contracts at the school in question, first as a private person. The municipality then issued copies of the agreements, but only after parts were classified. Information such as staff name and social security number had been removed.
Then another request came in from the Nordic Resistance Movement’s online newspaper Nordfront, which received the same answer.
Now the Court of Appeal has also said no to the request because there is a risk that the staff will be exposed to threats if the information is released.
