A leisure boat has capsized on Lake Vättern and two people have ended up in the water.
– We have an operation at Visingsö, it is about a boat that has capsized. The rescue boats have just arrived and are out by those in distress, says Fredrik Strandbäck, press communicator at the Swedish Maritime Administration.
The persons must be cooled but conscious. They will now be taken to Gränna where an ambulance is waiting.
– We have a rescue helicopter on the way as well, as a back-up, it’s quite windy on Lake Vättern today, says Fredrik Strandbäck.
