(Telestock) – The ABI has issued a circular letter to the Associates in which it reports that the Civil Protection Department’s website has published the Resolution of the Council of Ministers with which it is extended for 12 months the suspension of mortgage payments Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The measure – the Banking Association recalls – was foreseen by the Ordinance of the Head of Civil Protection as a consequence of the exceptional weather events which affected the territory of the Autonomous Region from 13 July to 6 August 2023. The Civil Protection Ordinance makes explicit reference to theagreement signed by ABI and consumer associations to ensure timely interventions in favor of populations affected by natural disasters.
