Just a week after the release of season 1, it was confirmed that there would be a second season of the Fallout series. Now the series’ director has commented on what fans can expect.
What kind of series is this? The Fallout series, which is set in the same universe as the game series, is one of the most successful series on Amazon Prime. The series is about Lucy from Vault 33, who has to leave her safe bunker in the year 2296 to save her father.
She meets the new inhabitants of America. In the Los Angeles area there are many factions such as the Brotherhood of Steel, ghouls and mutated creatures such as radroaches and more.

What can fans expect from the new season? Fans can expect interesting characters in the second season of the show. Executive producer Jonathan Nolan said in an interview with thewrap.com: “We learned a lot about the characters and the way they interact and talk to each other and the exciting possibilities for different encounters between characters who may not have met before. […]“.
The focus of the second season is on more and more elaborate areas, monsters and factions. Nolan says: “But we also figured out how to make all the monsters, and there are more monsters, more environments and more factions that we are designing and building to start production soon. So we are very excited.”
Fans can look forward to more monsters, more environments, and more factions expanding the series.
When will season 2 be filmed? Filming for the second season will start “pretty soon,” Nolan reveals in an interview. However, it will probably be some time before the series is released, as the release date is not yet known.
In the first season of the series, all episodes were released at the same time. The decision as to whether this will also happen in the second season has not yet been made. However, according to Nolan, Amazon is flexible here, so everything is open.
