(Telestock) – CubeLabsa venture builder listed on Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment (EGM PRO), has completed afurther subscription in the context of the capital increase launched in June.
As part of this operation, a leading European institutional investor subscribed for a further 113,636 newly issued ordinary shares at a unit subscription price of 2.20 euros, for a total value of 249.999,20 euros. Therefore, taking into account the shares already subscribed, the total number of shares issued resulting from the capital increase amounts to 388,350, equal to 15.21% of the total shares offered, for a total value of 854,370 euros.
