The emergency aid organization is prepared to do this as a bridge but cannot keep this up for long. “This is a band-aid, it is really an interim solution. We arrange overnight stays for a maximum of three days and only do this until next week. It is really up to the government to come up with a solution now. There is still war in Ukraine, houses are still being bombed, people are still fleeing and they deserve a safe place here.”
