SFR is launching SFR Multi, a new program that makes it easier to share gigabytes across different lines in a home and to benefit from numerous advantages in order to make great savings. An original formula.

SFR is going through a difficult period. While its parent company is embroiled in a corruption scandal in Portugal that is shaking the very foundations of the group, the operator continues to see its customer base and financial indicators erode in a worrying way. Almost 500,000 subscribers in its mobile segment slammed the door during the first quarter, which is almost as many as in the whole of 2023 (see our article)! Also, to get back on track, SFR has been in the middle of a seduction operation for several months.

After giving a nice gift to its subscribers, new and old, by integrating 5G into all its mobile plans at no extra cost, and this, in a sustainable way, SFR had revised its catalog of RED plans – its low-cost subsidiary – with very competitive offers! This time, the operator is tackling the advantages offered to its customers by launching SFR Multi, a new program of advantages on the different subscriptions of a household with discounts and sharing of gigas.

SFR Multi: multiple advantages to save money

With SFR Multi, the operator continues its operation to simplify its offers and services that began a few months ago. It is therefore bringing together the advantages of its Multi Packs and SFR Family, encouraging households to group their subscriptions with a single operator.

Thus, customers who have a fixed Internet subscription with SFR can benefit from “giga sharing” – more precisely, mobile data packages – of up to 100 GB/month on the lines of friends and family, discounts of up to €20/month on each SFR mobile line subscribed to, and this, for up to four mobile lines – which still represents €80 in savings -, as well as the possibility of having a discount of €5 per month on a second box and on the operator’s “Maison Sécurité” self-monitoring offer.

Sharing gigabytes from a main package to a secondary package is particularly interesting since it can give rise to tailor-made offers, such as a 2-hour package with 100 GB of mobile Internet for just €1.99 per month (box customer rate), in addition to the price of the main mobile package which will provide its data.

SFR Multi therefore promises to be able to optimize costs on the different lines, while being flexible according to data needs. In addition, the operator allows you to have different holders to address varied household profiles, to personalize the needs of each line, whether on a recurring or one-off basis, from the “SFR & Moi” application or on your customer area. It’s child’s play!
