– It may not feel so discreet to ride around in it, but it’s a fun thing and feels really cool. It’s nice and nice to drive around in a nice car, after the Olympics we deserve it, says Armand to Aftonbladet.
– It feels natural that we should each drive around in a gold car anyway, they are pretty, says Sarah.

Nice luxury gifts

Both gold cars are of the “Paris edition” model and one is marked with the text “50 & 100 m freestyle” while the other has the text “WR 6.25 m”.

For Sjöström, vacations, much-needed rest and a wedding in Italy await in the near future. While Duplantis has new competitions to break world records and already on Wednesday evening it is time for the Diamond League competition in Lausanne.
– Even if you win Olympic gold, life returns to normal when you get home. It’s quite nice. Life goes on as usual, it’s home and washing clothes and mowing the grass. It’s household chores like anyone else’s, says Sarah in the interview.
– I haven’t lost my form in a week and a half, but I haven’t trained as much as I usually do before the competitions. This second part of the season is pretty cool. It’s a bit more relaxed and I’ve already done the big thing. The pressure is gone, but when the bar is there, I want to jump as high as possible, says Armand.
