What are the health risks?
Breaking the cold chain can lead to microbiological proliferation, making these products potentially dangerous to consume. This type of contamination can cause serious food infections, especially for vulnerable people such as children, the elderly, and people with compromised immune systems.
Consumers are advised to stop consuming these products and return them to the point of sale for a refund. For any further information, a contact number is available: 0800710641. The recall procedure ends on August 31, 2024.
