(Finance) – With respect to the issue concerning the competition reserved for school principals, Anief starts the appeal to the Lazio Regional Administrative Court against the illegitimate table adopted with Departmental Decree of 9 August 2024 n. 2187, for the correct evaluation of qualifications in 30/30 for the redefinition of the definitive ranking referred to in Ministerial Decree 107/23. Compliance with the criteria set out in Presidential Decree 487/94 is claimed. Registrations by August 31st.
The appeal arises from the evident violation of the law where it reserves up to 30% of the evaluation of the qualifications in the formation of the final ranking that concerns more than 2 thousand candidates, for 519 available positions, while the entire hiring procedure, at this time, is suspended due to several monocratic decrees issued by the same TAR Lazio.
