Perpetrators of deadly violence are supported in their reintegration after their prison sentence and/or TBS treatment, but for survivors there is hardly anything arranged. Lucinda van de Ven, who lost her sister Nadia in 2002, advocates in her podcast for the establishment of an ‘Expertise Center for deadly violence’, so that survivors can also claim good guidance to prevent absenteeism due to illness.
