Starting tomorrow, you’ll level up faster than usual in Diablo 4, but only for a short time – that’s why you should take advantage of it

The “Mother’s Blessing” event starts in Diablo 4 on August 20th and gives you a bonus on XP and gold. You can find out why this is really worth it in Season 5 here on MeinMMO.

What kind of event is this? Season 5 started on August 6th – and just two weeks later there will be an event that will allow you to farm XP and gold. In Sanctuary, the “Mother’s Blessing” event applies to all players on the eternal realm, in the seasonal realms and on all world levels.

How long does the event last? The “Mother’s Blessing” runs from Tuesday, August 20th to August 27th at 7 p.m. This means you have a total of seven days to farm XP and gold.

You will receive the following bonuses during this time:

  • 35% more XP
  • 50% more gold
  • If you like grinding, the reputation system in Season 5 of Diablo 4 might be for you:

Bonus on XP and gold for all

Who gets the bonus? All Diablo 4 players. You get both bonuses on the eternal realm, in the seasonal realms and on all world levels. The XP bonus is also stackable – this means that it is even more worthwhile if you also use potions and play in a group to maximize the experience you have gained.

That’s why it’s worth it right now: The bonuses are worthwhile for various reasons. You can use them to:

  • Bring characters to level 100
  • Testing new classes and builds
  • Complete the Battle Pass
  • It is also always worth collecting gold to improve the gear of your (seasonal) characters with the Hardening and Completion crafting systems or to reroll affixes. Enchanting in particular can really cost a lot of money.

It also gives you a good opportunity to really grind and try out different things during the event. Although the season will still run for a while, at 2 months it is shorter than other seasons.

If you are still thinking about which class(es) you want to test, this selection might help you:

Why is the season shorter? The first expansion, “Vessel of Hatred,” will launch in Diablo 4 on October 8th, and will also usher in Season 6. This means that Season 5 will end then and will be shorter than the previous seasons. This is probably not a problem for frequent players, but the event also gives other players the chance to farm a lot of XP and gold.
