EU clears acquisition of I-Tracing by Eurazeo and Oakley Capital

EU Commission Italy referred to Court of Justice on waste

(Finance) – The European Commission has approved, pursuant to the European Merger Regulation, theacquisition of the joint control of I-Tracing by Eurazeo Global Investor, both based in France, and Oakley Capital, based in Luxembourg. The transaction mainly concerns the cybersecurity sector.

The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise any competition concernssince the companies are not present on the same or vertically related markets. The notified transaction was examined under the simplified merger control procedure.
