Mounir Nasraoui is still in the hospital, but he has said that he is already feeling better.
The Spanish 17-year-old’s super promise Lamine Yamalin father Mounir Nasraouita was stabbed on Wednesday night in the town of Mataro near Barcelona.
After the stabbing, Nasraoui was taken to the intensive care unit of a hospital in Badalona. He is reportedly still in Can Rut hospital under observation. Nasraoui’s condition is serious but stable.
According to the Spanish media, Nasraoui was believed to have gotten into an argument with the same people earlier that day while walking his dog.
According to sources, 35-year-old Nasraoui was stabbed twice in the stomach and once in the chest in the parking lot.
The regional police have confirmed to the media that four people have been arrested, three of whom are accused of attempted murder. The role of the fourth person in the stabbing is still unclear.
According to Spanish media, Nasraoui has a long history with the attackers and they could even be related to him.
Local television reports that the police are currently investigating the cause of the fight that led to the stabbing.
Said he was feeling better
Nasraoui wrote on his Instagram account that he is already feeling better.
– Thank you all for your encouragement, I feel better now. A big hug to everyone. I will come back stronger than ever.
Nasraoui had also given a telephone interview from the hospital to the reporter of the El Chiringuito program For Jose Alvarez.
– Of course I was afraid, I saw myself between life and death. I felt fear like any other person, he commented on the stabbing situation.
– I don’t know yet, hopefully as soon as possible. I’m grateful to be able to speak again, Nasraoui answered when asked when he will return home.
