The man who was found dead at the kayak club in Luleå was not reported missing and the police had great problems identifying the man. But just over a week later, the identity has now been determined.
The deceased man is 25 years old. The police are in the process of notifying the next of kin of what happened and say they will not go into more details about the case.
– There is no ongoing criminal investigation. Our mission has been to identify the person who is deceased and we have done that now, says Elisabeth Glaas, press spokesperson at the police command center.
