On Tuesday, August 13, a wolf attack took place between Strängnäs and Malmköping in the municipality of Flen. This is stated by the county administrative board on its website.
A goat was killed in the attack, and another goat and a sheep were injured. In addition, a goat is reported missing.

This is the latest attack after a series of wolf attacks in Sörmland. During Thursday, the county board decided on protective hunting between Runtuna and Björnlunda after two attacks in the area.
