A seriously confused man from The Hague has been sentenced to two weeks in prison for assaulting a kiosk employee and an NS security guard at Utrecht Central Station on New Year’s Eve. After his arrest, he also destroyed a security camera in his police cell. The man had completely lost his way due to psychiatric problems, but according to the judge, he had gotten himself into that situation for the umpteenth time by using cannabis.
