The TBS patient is being held in the Dr. Henri van der Hoeven Clinic on Willem Dreeslaan in Utrecht. The man was on supervised leave when he managed to escape. “If a patient withdraws from supervision, all appropriate measures will be taken,” a spokesperson for the Dr. Henri van der Hoeven Clinic said. The clinic does not want to comment on the patient’s background, but it does state that the care supervisors “have no reason to believe that the patient will cause problems.”
