Traffic Control Director at ProRail, Hans Smits, says he recognizes what the report shows. “There is passion, pride, craftsmanship and mainly satisfaction. (…) At the same time, I am shocked by the shadow side where feelings of fear, powerlessness, injustice and are out of the game. I think it is necessary to improve that.”
